Anisa Green is Director of Federal Regulatory at AT&T, bringing more than 27 years of experience in regulatory policy, advocacy, and legal affairs. She leads work on universal service, affordability, digital equity, deregulation, and key wireless issues, while also serving as Chief of Staff to AT&T’s Senior Vice President and Chief Regulatory Officer. Anisa is known for her strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and commitment to mentoring emerging leaders. She was appointed to serve on the Universal Service Administrative Company Board of Directors, providing leadership and guidance in USAC’s administration of universal service. She is an active advocate for youth, women, and historically marginalized communities through organizations such as the Federal Communications Bar Association, Genesys Works, Junior Achievement, Crittenton, the NETwork BICP, Women of AT&T, and Women in Technology. A Brooklyn native with West Indies roots, she holds a B.A. from George Washington University and is a certified paralegal.
