Angela Floyd is a Partner with Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP where she is responsible for negotiating transactions and agreements involving a wide variety of wireless infrastructure assets, including communications towers, data centers, edge computing infrastructure, rooftop telecommunications facilities, DAS networks, and energy infrastructure solutions.
With over a decade of experience in the wireless infrastructure industry, Angela previously held roles in private practice at the Law Office of Angela Floyd and senior M&A counsel at SBA Communications. Prior to her role at SBA Communications and in private practice, Angela served at the United States Federal Trade Commission. In this role, she enforced compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations as an attorney in the Division of Enforcement, including deceptive and unfair trade practices, privacy, fraud, and other consumer protection issues.
Angela holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Maryland DC Wireless Association, the New York State Wireless Association, and the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum where she founded and leads the DC chapter of WWLF.
