Vice President, Data and Digital Solutions
With more than two decades of wide-ranging experience in the wireless industry, Amy Jo Samuel is renowned for driving operational excellence and efficiency. In her role as Vice President, Data and Digital Solutions, Amy Jo spearheads strategic programs, technology services, information governance, and business analytics for the Company’s U.S. Division.
Amy Jo has held varied positions of increasing responsibility throughout her 23-year career at American Tower, including within International Operations, Sales, Global IT, and Collocation. Notably, she spent time in the India market and facilitated collaboration during the Xcel integration in India. She also led U.S. Tower’s Program Management Office through two significant tower acquisitions in the U.S., successfully integrating more than 16,500 assets.
Beyond her achievements at American Tower, Amy Jo is engaged in community and academic endeavors. She served as a member of the Music Director Search Committee for the Concord Orchestra, is an active member and plays violin in the orchestra, and contributes her time to many pursuits in the technology space. Amy Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Neuroscience from Ithaca College and she is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. In her free time, Amy Jo can be found cooking, reading, gaming, or enjoying the company of friends and family.
